Filmmaker Sanjay Gupta is currently directing gangster drama, Mumbai Saga which stars John Abraham and Emraan Hashmi in the leading roles. It was recently revealed that Jackie Shroff had to quit the project since he didn't have any dates and was busy with another project. Then, actor-filmmaker Mahesh Manjrekar stepped in and now we know what role he will be playing in the film. If the reports are anything to go by, Mahesh Manjrekar will essay the role of Shiv Sena supremo Balasaheb Thackeray. Akshay Kumar has always tried to do his bit for the community of stuntmen. Two years after he launched an insurance scheme for Bollywood's stuntmen, the actor once again rushed to the aid of two stunt artistes who were recently injured. Bittoo and Hari Singh, members of senior action director Sham Kaushal's stunt team, were injured during the rehearsals for a song launch from Good Newwz in Chandigarh. Though Kumar was not present at the scene, the actor along with Karan Johar promptly arranged for an air ambulance to fly one of them down to Mumbai for necessary medical treatment. Religious intolerance get a new definition this week as a fundamentalist organization has asked the  Central Board Of Film Certification to remove visuals of Sadhus dressed as gods dancing with Salman Khan to the sound of 'Hud Hud Dabangg' . Says the Hindu Janjagruti Samiti, “If the movie happens to be on the lines of what we have seen in the trailer, it is extremely shocking depiction of Hindu deities and sadhus and also goes at great lengths to humiliate and poke fun at the basic foundations of Sanatana Dharma.” However, it is unlikely that the aforementioned  visuals will be removed from the film. A source close to Dabangg 3 says, “The song and its visuals have been cleared by the censor board. There is nothing scandalous or improper about Sadhus dancing. They do so quite often in real life. The Supreme Court on Friday said that no coercive action will be taken against Bollywood actor Salman Khan on a complaint filed against him for allegedly hurting religious sentiment. The actor produced the 2018 Bollywood film Loveyatri which was accused of hurting sentiments. Several private criminal complaints were filed in 2018 against the movie alleging that its name has hurt the religious sentiment of the Hindus. The film which was earlier named  Loveratri , but was changed to Loveyatri by the producers keeping in mind that earlier name sounded like Navratri. The film marked the acting debut of Salman Khan's brother-in-law Aayush Sharma and Warina Hussain. The film directed by Abhiraj Minawala also starred Ram Kapoor and Ronit Roy in pivotal roles. Kartik Aaryan, Bhumi Pednekar and Ananya Panday starrer Pati Patni Aur Woh's trailer   has received its fair share of mixed reactions. Some have liked it whereas some found the marital rape dialogue too insensitive and immediately called out the actors and makers on it. The actors and makers went ahead to apologise for hurting the sentiments and revealed that they have removed the bit from the film. When the trailer came out, Kartik Aaryan's character Chintu Tyagi was seen ranting about his sex deprived life to his friend played by Aparshakti Khurrana. The film centers on the concept of IVF and also stars Kareena Kapoor Khan and Diljit Dosanjh. The actor, who updates his Tumblr blog every day about his life, said that his body is asking him to retire. Amitabh Bachchan is currently in Manali shooting for the upcoming film Brahmastra .
